OUR PROMISE TO YOU
Every Peaches order is made with care — from the yarn to the packaging. If something isn't right, we want to know. Your happiness with your order matters to us more than anything.
UNDERWEAR
Due to the intimate nature of our products, underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of every Peaches customer — including you.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will sort it out immediately — at no cost to you, no questions asked.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Simply visit our returns portal at [INSERT ESTEBDAL LINK] within 14 days of receiving your order. Follow the steps and our team will take it from there. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
HOW WE REFUND
We refund through:
- Instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer — within 5 business days
- Cash via courier — where applicable
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Each item can be exchanged once — for a different size or colour of the same product.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund, covering all costs. No fees. No back and forth.
